Kickstarter to check out - REPUBLIQUE

Everyone should take a minute and check out the kickstarter for REPUBLIQUE. The game looks incredible and has some of the guys who worked on Halo and Metal Gear Solid. They only have a few days left and need a good amount more pledged to get funded.

I don't think they're gonna make it, sadly. The 6-8 hours and not starting off writing it for the PC/Mac put people off I think.

And the fact that the "believable, non-sexualized female lead", from the looks of it, is anything but. She looks like she came right out of a newer Final Fantasy Title. All that's missing now is a ridiculous getup. I see she's already got that japanese super perfect hairstyle down. It would've been a very welcome change and surprise to finally have a decent female character. You know, one who doesn't always look like they're posing for some kind of audience, or even just a mirror. Not that hairstyle is what defines them, but it's all I can get right now. A picture. :/

But still, the promise of the game is frickin' fantastic, but it's way, waay late in the show, I doubt my 15$ would will do much but, but as a fan of David Hayters dubbing work, and the MGS series, I'll gladly support such a game, even though I wished they'd announce it for _all_ mobile platforms along with the PC, if they're really that dedicated to go mobile, why diss Android, it's kind of an obvious choice/second pick.
