Lmao, I found Burntime two days ago while cleaning out the cellar of my father. It's still sealed in it's plastic cover and I will now open it to see if it runs in DosBOX ^^

Burntime is still one of the very few post apocalyptic games which have the very special atmosphere I love about this setting.
Was most probably also my first contact with the post apocalyptic setting. A quite simple game though, which doesn't mean it's easy if you have no idea about what you are doing there.

I played Burntime years ago... I really loved the game and the atmosphere but never really understood what I got to do
guess I was a little bit too young back then

What's Burntime?

Ah, good ol' Burntime. A wonderful little gem of a strategy/RPG hybrid, back from a time when Germany was still a relevant contributor to the computer game market. It's a relatively simple game, but pretty addictive at the same time. Plays almost a little like a post-apocalyptic version of Ogre Battle.

I really should blow the dust off my Amiga 500 and dig up a few games; ol' Cannon Fodder wants to be played, too.
