In any event, I do not see the funding of W2 as any sort of "contest" with Double Fine (nor am I implying you do). I think this is a very promising start in its own right, another 10K pledged since my previous message (541K at this point), so the project seems to be ticking along nicely as we're nearing the end of the first day.
Yeah, I was just looking at the numbers because I was hoping to sort of guesstimate how much the WL2 Kickstarter will finish with, and Double Fine is the closest comparison. I also wasn't paying as much attention to the Double Fine Kickstarter at the beginning though, so any comparison will be better as time goes on. I think it's pretty clear that the funding goal is going to be met, and if there's any comparability with Double Fine at all, probably at least the 1.5 million goal to port to OSX too. (Not to count the chickens before they're hatched or anything).
