I'd add Daggerfall too. 1996, that's 16 years old, plus it's very dated visually (not gameplay-wise though).

In the US, you can't vote at 16. I know that's not the case for Canada and the UK, but 16 still isn't that old. It's only 2/3rd the age of the actual relevant game in question here.
