=/ I do not use twitter myself so it is hard to clarify it directly. But thanks for the info nevertheless, then need to tell about this to my boyfriend and we need to decide what we wish to do then.

If beta is your main concern you could always go for the new Digital tier. I wouldn't give up my boxed copy though

Pff, the boxed copy alone is worth $250 dollars to me signed or not!

Appreciate the info/clarification in the 11th update to Wasteland 2 !

Really would have appreciated the "Wasteland 2 Backers" T-shirt... regret it's ONLY available as a 'substitution' item at the $150 level...

Would there be any possibility of adding the “THERE WOULD BE NO WASTELAND 2 WITHOUT ME” T-Shirt as either a 'substitution' item, OR an 'additional cost' item on the higher level pledges ???

Thanks for your consideration ! :D

I'm glad that they are keeping the original 7 party members from the 1st one... This does leave it a little ambiguous as to whether if you have less than 4 ranger PCs you can have more than 3 NPCs up to the total max of 7. I hope so, though I think usually I'd keep the 4 PCs if possible. I guess it would just allow more flexibility this way.

My best guess based on what I've heard is bigger than Fallout(1) but smaller than Baldur's gate. Baldur's gate is HUGE so I seriously doubt it's bigger than that. I'd rather have more detailed smaller locations than for InXile to try and make the game so large as Baldur's gate on a budget anyway.

Pop on to Kickstarter and use the "Ask a Question" thing. I've found them pretty responsive to that, even to things they should have just said "Oh, buzz off" to.

I think this did come clear with the most recent update to the tier's though, and the answer acording to those would be that it only has the collector box, whitch is a shame as we really wanted both of them... Well maybe he will have to make his own pledge then to get the other box for the 50 dollar's mark, not sure. Still it would be cheaper for us if then those would be able to be shipped together, and only pay the international shipping once. But I suppose I could try to still ask a question through there as well, I pledged my some of money through paypal though, so don't know if I can even ask a question there when I am not registered on kickstarter. We will see, I will check it out and thanks for the help krellen and brother none.

Edit: Suppose I will ask my boyfriend to ask he question then, as he already has an account there, so no need for me to create my own yet.

Great, I can't look at your posts now without thinking of my first Arcanum character. For what it's worth she's definitely the best looking Half Elf.

This update on the whole was a pretty good one, you're missing out by not watching through the whole video. I'm glad Fargo specifically touched on some of the major debates we've been having on the boards, such as the level of influence fan feedback should have and the level of complexity that will be put into the combat system. The bit on opening up California and the reappearance of the Guardians seems the most important element here lore-wise. Hopefully next time we get an update we'll either get some concept art or more specific details on what the actual control system will feel like.

Vryheid heh, well I have used this portait a lot too. The first charachter for me was pure elf female with the black hair, but usually I liked the half elf's most. And well as this is still pretty mutch my favortie game ever, I thought it would be appropiate to take the picture from there. ^^ The mermories from the first playthrough can't be that bad to be remembered. =)

Do I understand correctly that I donät seeal the things in the video because I am not registered in the page itself? Hmmh, I did not know that, then I suppose I will have to make the account there too, I just havenät used amazon for a long time, and I did have an accoutn there, but don't remember the name or password anymore... =/ Well have to create a new one.

They've put the videos in the main bit - you should be able to see them (the latest one wasn't added until just recently) without being registered. I think. It works when I'm not logged in, anyway.

Well, I thought I were able to view them in the update section too.... Hmmh, at least to my knowledge I have seen all the videous immditly there without any registeration. So I suppose I have seen everything, not sure if I have seen some of the videos somehow later than those registered in there, but.... Oh well, I were able to look at the previous video was just a bit confused by Vryheid post that I somehow would have missed something. ^^

It has its own thread on the website forum too, which I forwarded to Matt and Brian to address, since it seems to have led to quite some confusion.

Update confirms: 4 ranger party, 3 followers.

I hope that u wont gona be obligated to have 4 rangers. I would love to create just one and play the game "fallout style".
For me its better way, u feel deeper connection with character also game will be a bigger challenge. When u add to that 3 NPC followers that u cant controll :D then hell yea its like fallout :D I loved when "stupid AI" of Ian in FO1 made some funny rambo mistakes ingame :D

You will create 4 rangers to start. You're not obligated to play the game with 4, if the other 3 die or are split off, you can play as one guy, but you will have a hard time making it, since the game is not balanced for solo play. This isn't a Fallout sequel, it's a Wasteland sequel.

Do you think the game will be balanced around 4, or 7 party members? Because I believe Brian said that in addition to your initial 4 Rangers you can recruit 3 more NPCs. But he also said each NPC will have some kind of quirk, flaw, or weakness about them (won't shoot sometimes, might steal from you, might waste too much ammunition) - so I can honestly see myself getting so annoyed with recruitable NPCs that I don't even hire 3 more (if any at all).
