As EcoGuy said, it is just a few talent addition that come to contribute, but inXile is still the master of this project. And they said a general "Obsidian" because it likely comes along a contract that will allow them to take advantage of useful tools to craft the game.

Avellone has always written great dialog... for games where the characters have very developed personalities and their relationship with each other is extremely important. This flies in the face of party based game like Wasteland.
