comparing this to the earlier screen shot looks weird. Screen shot is very bright and vibrant, this is dark and creepy as fuck.

The dog in question is actually dead now. In any case, I suspect this is the first real pop culture reference we're going to see in this game, and I suspect there will be many more.

Hmmm not a huge fan of the art style in this case.

But the beastie is interesting, thats mutated to the point of demonic. Which actually might be my issue with it now I think about it. But that is the point I believe.

So long as not every beastie looks demonic I'll be fine with it

Exactly what I was thinking: Bobby and a pack of mutated dogs out to get the rangers.

The out of proportion neck somehow makes that thing more intimidating than I would've expected from a mutant dog. Not bad at all.

But really, that dog's photograph appeared in the game's Pinterest to serve as an inspiration so I don't understand how unfortunate the similarity can be for some nor how is it more than a simple inspiration ultimately (I've seen those reactions elsewhere too ), and seeing this as a "pop culture reference" is certainly too far fetched in my opinion...

Anyway, it has the "destroy" look I was looking for, I'm happy.

The inspiration picture was better for me, creepier in a way because the dog was real.

Pop Culture reference isn't the right term, its really a wasteland reference, that a pop culture reference fitted.



I would love to see an image of a pack of the Nuke Pooches charging across a field of green grass and coloured wildflowers. Maybe chasing down some hapeless victim....
