Shooting with RED hu? Nice.

I know you can rent a RED camera for a cheaper amount if you're a film student.

I would recommend getting someone who can make your background in photo realistic 3D and can render each frame or still out at 4,000 resolution. Frame width dependent on aspect ratio of the Red camera. Red usually shoots at 4k resolution and looks especially great when you compress it down to 1920 by 1080 or even 2048 by 1153 which is what Youtube can support for most users.

Your video editing software should able to support tracking in post-production. Adding static or animated objects on a moving clip will require tracking. Any object, or creature should also be rendered at a 4k resolution to match that of the RED camera. Quality assurance!

Not all backgrounds have to be 3D though. If you plan to purchase those services it's quite pricey.

An equally good choice.

Can you show me some examples of what you're looking for as far as a background to fill the space of the green screen?

Wouldn't mind trying to replicate the look and quality expectation for you. Id do it for free.

There's a list of programs I'm looking into buying that could greatly increase the realism you could achieve with landscapes.

One that I'm really looking forward to buying is the following.

http://www.world-machine.com/

Pro version is only 189 dollars.

I'm sorry I can't answer that.

I'm interested in your project nonetheless. If you want anything done. My offer still stands.
