Agreed.

Rick's work (and also that of alexdrummo) reminds me of Ralph McQuarrie's concept work for the original Star Wars trilogy and numerous other films.

The aspect and framing and the colors especially.

It's great work.
Make the M19 an M14 analog. That's all I want. Swear to God.

All you're work is really good, although I'm not personally a fan of some of the more, how should I say, extreme drawings? Nothing against you, I just feel that your best work is the more down to earth depictions of characters, especially the ones showing their face. They look like normal people, and it really gives it a more, err, human edge than a more idealized depiction would.

Jan Hospittaler portrait from page 2 is my favor Rick work :)

Good mood, nice lightning, slightly like Carravagio style. Hood is very nicely studied too.
Great work especially with these one!
Would love to see more painted like that.

Sorry. I have a lot of work now and have no opportunity to visit this tread. Thank you all for your feedback again!

It's a still important for me. And important for me in the future. Really.

With me recently contact the folks from inXile leadership, and if we come to agreement - you'll see some of my work in Wasteland 2. While have no specific news about it. All of that in the earlier stage of negotiations.

But i'm glad what is happens. Because maybe in the future a have the opportunity to work under Wasteland 2.

Another thank You for all and for Your support.

I want offer you to see my unpublished and unfinished works for Wasteland 2. Earlier I'm a publish only a finished works. I have a many plans for art, but time... time is not waiting, time always run.

I'm late with this pieces of Wasteland. Now we can see fragments of this "late and unfinished" part of Wasteland 2 fan-work. Look on this only as sketch-works - not completed works. Poor works. Unhappy. It's important.

It was at the beginning of Kickstarter-company. After I painted them understanding that gamers deserve something better than these scribbles. I thought ... will be interesting to see how it all began.

I know one more thing. Everyone sees something different in every work. Often people write to me:
- "you have only one cool paintings. All the rest - boring. But it's one picture has turned out well".

And after this i'm put into the net all my works. And little sketches too.

P.S.
The picture with the two little men and the ship on back plane became the prototype of the poster "Night at Lion-7". Now you can see ... why the final work is better than the little sketch (laugh).

Even if they're just sketches, they're still great. Well done. Good to see you back in action and making posts.

Two months late, but--I am the good man who wrote you. :) I was so astounded to see Wasteland/Sonne merged. It was like you reached into my mind and saw everything I love most!

(Also loved the Feuer Frei! video, I could really feel the intensity in your art! Also I loved your story about hearing Yello songs on a black market VHS tape when growing up--I just started to listen to Yello a few years ago, and they are one of my favorite bands now)

Sorry to hear that you will not be doing any additional art for the game, but I understand you have to feed your family! I bet you will do something that gets you lots of money soon. :)

Thanks Arcanix
Best "autograph" for me that fact that this theme is live after long time without posting and works. And of course i'm very glad that people, observers, just wanderers come to this page, look on pictures and write something for me. Thanks!
